Return Window
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. Requests after this period cannot be accepted.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused and in original packaging.
- All tags and packaging must be intact.
- Personalized or custom items are non-returnable.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact our Customer Service team at alarabluxe@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, item(s), and reason for return.
- Wait for a return authorization and instructions before sending items back.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect items). Use a trackable shipping method for safety.
Refunds & Exchanges
Once the returned item is received and inspected:
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
- Exchanges will be shipped after inspection and approval of the returned item.
